Last year we decided to sign up our daughter for dance classes at Polly B since it had been recommended to us by several friends. We never thought that by doing so we were going to become a part of the Polly B family. From day one we were received with open arms by everyone at Polly B from the office staff to the teachers and even parents. It has been an awesome dance year for our daughter. In the short time she has been at Polly B, she has learned so much. Not just a choreography.. she has learned important values like teamwork, respect for herself and others, and to never give up.  Thank you so much to everyone at Polly B. Your hard work with all of the students and parents do not go unnoticed. We are looking forward to another amazing year at Polly B.

Just wanted to write a brief note to thank you for another wonderful year of dance for my two granddaughters. As you know, my youngest granddaughter has been involved with dance for a number of years. I have seen the differences between your dance studio and studios she has attended in the past. I am so impressed with the young ladies and young men that take instruction from you and your staff. While we have our divas and prima donnas, I have never seen more rounded pupils. The students learn to do their very best; they have hard work ethics; they are expected to be young ladies and gentlemen at all times (you especially see this when you attend competitions). The PollyB students really stand out - not only in their talent, but in their behavior. The love and care you have for these students flows abundantly. The lessons and values you teach extend beyond the realm of dance - something they will take with them through life. And lastly, all of the hard work that had gone on before was manifested in a beautiful, wonderful, well orchestrated recital at the end of the year. I loved the Snow White production - the performances; the sets - all were wonderful. I could not have been more impressed - from the youngest to the seniors - all talented professionals. AND they had fun. When asked where my granddaughters take dance instruction, I proudly say “POLLYB Dance Studios”.

I have been a Show Business professional for 22 years and it all started at Polly B's! I studied at the old studio on 3rd Street and was in the 2nd cast of Talent America. I also worked with Miss Polly when she choreographed Fletcher's Show Choir, the Miss Fletcher Pageant and shows with Y-Bag. All of those experiences as well as classes helped mold the performer I am today. Since my Polly B days I have performed as a Singer/Dancer/Actor for Walt Disney World, Opryland and 6 different Cruise Ships. Nowadays I'm a proud, working, New York based Union actor who has performed Off-Broadway, at Lincoln Center, at some of the finest Regional Theatres across the US, with the Radio City Rockettes and have shared the stage with 3 Tony Award winning actors!
